Athletic Training Program Evaluation (Student-Athlete)
The goal of the Athletic Training Program at Weber State University is to provide injury prevention, care, and rehabilitation services of recognized excellence to the student-athletes within the Athletics Department. Please mark your individual perceptions concerning the ATC assigned to your team. Consider each item separately in deciding whether or not you generally agree or disagree with the statement.
