James appeared in the final seven games of the season for the Wildcats as a true freshman defensive end...Recorded eight total tackles on the year with four assisted and four unassisted...Had four tackles in WSU’s 34-31 win over Northern Arizona on Nov. 12 and also had a sack in that game...Also recorded tackles against Eastern Washington, Southern Utah, Montana and Montana State...Had one quarterback hurry, coming against the Bobcats.
Kearns High School
Graduated from Cottonwood High School...Played for Coach Josh Lyman and Kearns and was a high school teammate with fellow Wildcat teammate Luke King...Earned Second Team 5A All-State honors as a senior and was named to the All-Region 2 First Team.
