2014 (Sophomore)
Joined the Wildcat program in the summer of 2014 after transferring from BYU...Played in 11 games during the season for the Wildcats and started the first seven games of the year...Finished the year seventh in the Big Sky in passing at 186.8 yards per game...Was also ninth in total offense at 176.3 yards per game and was ninth in pass efficiency...Finished the season 194-of-318 passing for 2,055 yards...Also threw for 11 touchdowns...Threw for 150 or more yards in eight games during the season...Had a season-high 377 yards passing against Sacramento State, the most passing yards in a game by a Wildcat in five years...Finished the game 36-of-60 passing for 377 yards and one touchdown...Also threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns against Southern Utah and had 273 yards and three touchdowns at Stephen F. Austin.

Was highly recruited before signing with BYU in February 2013...Was mainly a member of the Cougar scout team during the season...Saw action in one game...Played in the win over Idaho State in November but did not record any stats.

Graduated from Kings High School in Woodway, Wash...Was a two-time first team AP All-State quarterback and was named the Cascade Conference Offensive MVP...Led King’s high to an 11-1 record as a senior in 2012...In his final two seasons he threw for nearly 5,400 yards and 86 touchdowns...During his senior season he finished the year 196-of-304 passing for 2,997 yards and 46 touchdowns...Also rushed 80 times for 432 yards and six touchdowns...As a junior in 2011, he threw for 2,397 yards and 40 touchdowns, in addition to rushing for four more TD’s...Was named the 2011 Football Universe Regional Top Gun MVP and the National Underclassman Regional MVP.
