OGDEN, Utah -- The Weber State men's tennis team will say goodbye to a pair of seniors on Tuesday as the Wildcats play their last regular season match of the year. Simon Unger and Dave Hintze will be seeing their last action at Edman Courts, the team's home venue, against Utah State at 11:00 a.m.

Unger and Hintze are both four-year starters for the Wildcats, and they have combined for 171 total wins over their careers.

Hintze, a local product of Viewmont High School, posted an impressive freshman season, with 20 total wins. After serving a two-year LDS mission, he returned and has racked up 49 wins over the past three seasons, including 18 this year.

Unger has been one of the top players on the team ever since his freshman season in 2009. He has recorded at least 21 wins in each of his four years, and has a total of 102 career victories. This year, Simon has posted a career-high 30 wins, recording a 15-6 record in singles and a 15-5 record in doubles. Unger and his doubles partner Oliver Good, entered the season ranked 43rd in the nation after an impressive fall season.

The pair have led the Wildcats to a 9-12 overall record this season, and to a 5-3 mark in Big Sky Conference play. Weber State has earned the No. 4 seed in the conference championship tournament, and will face off against No. 1-seeded Montana on April 21 in Sacramento, Calif. at 3:00 p.m. MDT.
