POCATELLO, Idaho - Weber State women's tennis fell 4-1 to the Bengals of Idaho State Friday afternoon.

"Today was a very close match against Idaho State and we just didn't play well enough to win," said assistant coach Mark Roberts. "We look forward to Sunday against Northern Colorado and look forward to keep trying to improve."

The Wildcat duo of Dominique Beauvais and Devi Hasan picked up a win in doubles play in the No. 3 spot. Beauvais and Hasan defeated Melissa Coburn and Madison Fenske 6-3.

The rest of the doubles matches went into tie breaker sets but the Bengals came out victorious claiming the doubles point.

In singles play, Morgan Dickason came up with a 7-5, 6-1 win over Coburn in the No. 4 spot. Dickason's victory was the lone point for the Wildcats as the Bengals claimed three singles matches before the match was retired.

Weber State is now 1-12 overall on the season and 1-3 in Big Sky play. The Wildcats will return home to take on Northern Colorado Sunday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m.
