BOISE, Idaho -- Weber State's three-match road trip did not turn out well, as the Wildcats went winless after falling to Air Force 5-2 on Sunday at the Appleton Tennis Center.

The Wildcats' loss to the Falcons came one day after a 7-0 sweep at the hands of Boise State and two days after a 4-2 loss to Eastern Washington.

Ryan Garner and Dave Hintze defeated Steven Young and Joey Brandt in the No. 3 doubles match, but the Wildcats dropped the other two contests to lose the doubles point.

Simon Unger and Peter Ramstromer Pello scored points for the Wildcats with wins in singles play. Unger defeated Lance Wilhelm 6-3, 6-2 in the No. 1 match. Meanwhile, Ramstromer Pello won a marathon three-setter at No. 4, coming out victorious over Andy Jackson 6-4, 2-6, 7-6 (7-3).

The Wildcats moved three games below .500 on the season at 9-12 with the loss.
